(57) ABSTRACT Methods for diagnosis of Kawasaki disease (KD) are dis closed. In particular, the invention relates to the use of biom arkers for aiding diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment of KD, and more speci?cally to biomarkers that can be used to dis tinguish KD from other in?ammatory diseases, including infectious illness and acute febrile illness.
